Shipping
We ship insured and tracked across the European Union. Domestic (Netherlands) shipping is €9.95; shipping to the rest of the EU is €24.95. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your watch is on its way.
Your right to withdraw (14-day cooling-off period)
As a consumer purchasing from an EU-based online seller, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your watch, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@mwaison.com within the 14-day period stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You must then return the watch to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw, in the same condition it was sent to you, with all original packaging, documentation and accessories. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we tell you otherwise. Once we receive the returned watch and confirm its condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Please note: because every watch we sell is a unique, individually inspected piece, we ask that you handle it with the same care as any valuable item while deciding whether to keep it — as with any used consumer good, a return may be refused or a deduction applied if the watch shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition.
Faults and warranty claims
Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right above, every watch is covered by our 12-month Mwaison warranty and by your statutory EU consumer guarantee rights — see our Warranty page for details. If a watch develops a fault, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to return a watch
Email hello@mwaison.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return address and any next steps. Please use a trackable, insured shipping method for any returned watch, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Note: this policy reflects the EU Consumer Rights Directive’s standard 14-day withdrawal right. From 19 June 2026, EU rules additionally require certain online sellers to provide a dedicated “withdrawal button” function for cancelling orders online — we will update this page and our checkout process to reflect that requirement ahead of launch.
